Really can’t rate this showroom highly enough. From our first visit John was so helpful advising us on the right fire for us. Installers turned up on time and were so clean and tidy throughout the install. We are delighted with our fire .

We cannot fault the team from Derbyshire Fireplaces. The showroom, and the advice from John was proportionate, not pushy to enable us to make our choice of which fire to buy. We waited for fitting, but the team of guys who arrived, were polite, hard working, and despite the bad weather, Darren, Ian and Chris didn’t leave until the log burner was installed. The work continued yesterday when plasterer, Jamie visited to put the final touch to the project. First class service from every single worker. We can’t thank you enough.

Love our new multi-fuel burner. Great service from John and plenty to choose from in the showroom. Expert fitting service,  left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

First class service from start to finish.  John in the showroom offered expert advice, and recommended the ideal wood burning stove for our property.  Darren  Ian and Chris made a brilliant job installing the stove, brick slips and hearth. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with our recent log burner installation. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Darren and Ian who installed it and Jamie who did the plastering all did an excellent job. Amazing service I would highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend highly enough. We selected a fire, hearth and surround from the excellent showroom with help from John. Ordering and fitting by Nigel went exactly as hoped, and we are delighted with the end result.

Absolutely fantastic company. We had a new fire and surround fitted by Dave Bellamy. His professionalism was second to none. We had a couple of small problems but John, the owner of the company went out of his way to get to us to put things right. Cannot fault anything about our purchase or the services involved. Top guys, would recommend to anyone.
