Always take our car here for a service, mot or general niggles. Baz and Sean are amazing, super friendly and get the job done for a reasonable price. Plus, unlike some places, they will only do what needs to be done. Great work guys :

Failed to carry out all the work requested and failed to contact once completed to collect the car. Car returned with exhaust blowing and very uncooperative when questioned about this. Would never use them again after having to take the car elsewhere to have the original work done properly. Not a good place. AVOID.

my parents had a problem with there handbrake. they booked it in. they paid £267.00 for it to be fixed. the car came back to my parents still not corrected. the car has been back to the garage 4 times now and the handbrake is now worse then ever. i myself went there today 31/05/2019  to ask why the handbrake has not been fixed. i was confronted with verbal abuse from sean. i was totally disgusted with the language he was directing at me. the car is unsafe to use at moment. i asked for a refund for my parents so they could take the car to another garage for it to be fixed. sean refused saying re book it in again. that will be the fifth time now. incompetence service. i really don't think sean knows how to fix it. i forgot to say that on the 2nd time the car was booked in the other chap who works there tested the handbrake on completion and sent it away unfixed. i went down to my parents house that day and tried the handbrake for myself. the car was unsafe to use and still is. this matter is still ongoing.

Car started to misfire yesterday Sunday. Phoned High Street Garage, Bolsover on Monday morning, they had a slot available that day, diagnosed and carried out the repair coil pack replaced at a reasonable price. Car picked up 4.45pm that day running smooth again. Great service.

My local garage so I fill up here as a first choice, easy access, and a good convenience shop. Prices are usually about average for the area, Card services available. The garage has a good reputation, and is a MOT station.
