Considering the fact that the office is so understaffed I would have to give an very good review. The only way to conduct business is face-to-face as that will guarantee you will be seen and heard. I found staff polite despite often receiving abuse, they are efficient in dealing with people within the obvious constraints placed on them which are invariably political constraints.

Horrible service unetentive staff, constant issues with requeating or giving out correct information.

Miss filing of cases.

I visited the office that allocates the PPS number and issues Public Services Card. No appointment needed, the whole process took approx 15', the employee wasn't very smiley but helpful and correct all the way. Not an Irish citizen myself but didn't experience any discrimination. I wouldn't give them all 5 stars just because only three out of five booths were working. Very clean and nice place.
