After joining this library for my daughter we have had nothing but trouble getting library books back. From the initial set up, them not giving us a code to drop books back, to them advising that emails / text will be sent as a reminder to bring the books back - never happens. I'm sat here with a letter advising that the books my daughter got from there have to be returned immediately or we will be charged......where is the text / email?? Also can never find your opening hours unless you go there to be greeted by the doors being locked and no way of dropping the books off. I think you need to remember people work during the day....

Chris Tompson. You have really excelled yourself lots of old people walking away from the library can't get in, as I stand outside freezing trying to get a code to get in the library of which I can't find on their website I turned to this 8 years at this library and we are treated like dirt. Spend this money to save wages and you effectively shut don't the place because there will no need for it

Always a pleasure to visit this library. The staff are helpful and there is everything anyone needs. Place has moved

Staff are very helpful and polite. Unfortunately since it relocated to the town hall the choice of books have massively reduced. Therefore not as good as it used to be.

Great place to chill out & the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately due to Government cuts the new location is limited in size & books. The librarians will try & order your book if it's not available on the shelves.
