Great customer service, they explained all the repair options very clearly and helped me to decide whether to claim on my insurance. The repair was made quickly and to a very high standard, and they even gave my car a clean after. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Left my car Monday morning and collected it Tuesday afternoon.  Three scratched panels now perfect and the car looks as good as new.  I'm thrilled to bits and glad to say the service was great from sorting things out with my insurance company to the friendly staff.  A few years ago dent magic also sorted out a dent in my car where my bike fell against it so i can recommend them for dent removal too. Hope i wont be needing them again anytime soon but i wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. Definitely deserve the 5 stars.

Took my car in to the Cribbs branch for a paintless dent removal on a minor wing dent. Team were professional and did a really good job. Obviously not as perfect as a full fill and respray job, but then it was cheaper to do it this way. Not 5 stars as still £160 with a Dent Magic discount for about an hour's work. Overall very happy and would use this branch again.

I had a bumper and light problem which these guys fixed. I am really pleased with the work, the service and the attitude. I had a courtesy car and they kept me informed of a change to the job description as it only became apparent whilst they were doing it. They got the colour match spot on. I can definitely recommend this company and thanks to the staff at the black castle branch.

Great service. I received a hire car which made the process so smooth. The repair to my car is brilliant, can't even tell and its a red car so really happy.

Done a good job on my car despite the fact that it had been very badly repaired in the past. They were up to the task and the job was on time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - these guys are good stuff

I arrived 15 minutes before they closed with my car door held shut with a piece of rope the dent was that bad!. The guys started work on it straight away and had the dent out in under 20 minutes. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Friendly, professional and hassle free service from Drew today. Wasn’t the easiest of dent removals due to placement but he didnt stop until it looked like new. Highly recommend A*
