They turned me away at 1630 because they were due to close at 1700, what happened to the not turning away customers? Most disappointing.

Had Mot booked there the other day. MOT TESTER! Came out to me and said It had already failed because I had HID side light. Funny that as it was just a bulb no ballast to be seen anywhere. And was in fact led Anyway the test continued and it failed on upper wishbone movement which to be fair there was. He then quoted me that it was a massive job and very expensive. "Through the usual sucking teeth" So I went away and got a quote and the work carried out elsewhere which actually took a total of 30mins to complete and cost 150 pounds including labour. I had it retested with Kwik fit as it was only a partial test to do if i took it back. After they rang and said It had passed but my alignment was out and needed adjusting. Again funny because I already had it done elsewhere that very morning. Be aware they claim a lot with obviously no knowledge of what the he'll they are talking about. RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

Used them for years without problem. They then fitted tyre with wrong profile and later changed the wrong tyres leaving the borderline legal one on the car. Sorted without too much hassle but unforgivable given tyres is their day job.

Been here twice recently, once for tracking and once for an exhaust check, and they've been excellent both times.
