Dr Shah at Dental Solutions provides excellent consultation and solution to any dental issues. He is very well experienced and demonstrates professionalism in his dealings with patients. From my past experience getting through to reception on phone and getting urgent appointments can be challenging, however once the appointment is booked the treatment I found to be very good.
Today my appointment went great. My dentist had a great understanding of the work that needed done to my teeth so very hopeful in further appointments. Receptionist was very polite all in all 10/10.
Staff front of house very efficient and. Friendly service. Dentist very efficient and please t check up. Still felt agreived at paying foe my hygiene appointment before any work has been done perhaps a small non-refundable deposit for the booking may be a way to go. As those who behave well and pay their bills are misdtrusted as those who don't. As a patient I feel the need to complain every time I book the hygienist.
Terrible service from Brian. Saw him last year for dentures, which didn't fit well, but due to illness was unable to see him. Recently was able to have a checkup only to find he's unable to help me and blames my own mouth! Which is disappointing to hear - didn't seem too keen on helping me. I am a pensioner and have paid for a bad service. Will not recommend.
Today served by a staff member called BHARTI to book my kids appointment over phone.I really liked her service. She was extremely helpful to give us appointment at our convenience. I was so satisfied with her service that I especially asked for her name at the end to thank her.
Been going here for nearly 10 years. Always a great and friendly place. Very efficient place and provide good dental care. Had a recent session with Aamir and Sabah who were very good. Always recommend this place as best dental place in Ilford. Even when i move, I'll be keeping this place as my main dentist. :
Jinu jayakumar dentist is very professional and compassionate he knows how to communicate with me was very effective informed me of every procedure. Assist was very effective. Highly recommended him the best.
I've been under Dr. Jinu Jayakumar's care for many years. His professionalism is remarkable. He's consistently polite and offers expert advice. He truly priorities his patients' well-being and provides genuine, top-notch guidance.
Dr Amer its always so nice to him at the surgery when he is there. My girls are so happy when they have a appointment with him. Not so happy to see another dentist, thats them saying this. Dr Amer, explains every thing during the time he is looking into the girls mouths as this feedback, communication, service, care, is vital for them as this brings the girls back to their next appointment hoping they get to see Dr Amer.. Thank you
Dr Aamir not sure if I spelled that correctly is always very good at communicating with me and always helps me to calm down before the checkup. He gets the check up done swiftly and informs me about what I should do next and the quality of my current cleanliness of my teeth very well.
