The dentist doctor was very caring, kind and dedicated to his work. He took an extra x-ray when I asked and did a thorough check without rushing. It is rare to receive such good dental service, especially on the NHS. I am so glad I found this Dental Practice.
Superb service from receptionist right through to Dentist always kind thoughtful and only ever do treatment that is needed. You couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Dr Aggawal is fantastic reliable honest and puts you at your ease, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 60 years and it has only got better over the time. The staff are responsive and helpful and our dentist Sanjeev Aggarwal excellent in terms of time taken and ongoing advice. A highly recommended practice.

Dr Aggarwal is an excellent dentist. He has been my dentist for many, many years. I am always very nervous but Dr Aggarwal puts me at ease and I would recommend him 100%. Also every one of the receptionists are very approachable and helpful as well the lovely dental assistants.
Having been a patient at this dental practice for many years I felt that through the pandemic and previous, the years of most professional service given by Dr Aggarwal need to be acknowledged; not only an NHS dentist giving valued consideration and projecting a friendly manner himself, but also his helpful, attentive and accommodating staff. My praise for the surgery and leadership has never faltered, as the consideration of the wellbeing of three generations! of my family has always been a top priority for the surgery - would heartily recommend
I have been registered to this dental surgery my whole life, and have always received brilliant, informed and kind care from the practice, whether the lovely ladies on reception, the welcoming dentistry assistants or of course the calm and professional dentist, Dr Sanjeev Aggarwal. There is a reason why the surgery is so busy, everyone is clamouring for the wonderful care here - my whole family is registered to this practice, and I would recommend it to anyone!
WORST DENTIST IN ILFORD PLEASE DON’T GO HERE! VERY RUDE DEFENSIVE RECEPTION STAFF. If I could give it a 0/5 stars I would. I have had enough of the problems here. In 2012 the dentist here cut my lip when I had my teeth extracted and did not tell me. As I had the gum area numbed I did not feel it or see it until I got home and the anaesthesia wore off and it started STINGING which then later got INFECTED with pus. I should have complained or sued at the time but was unsure of the procedure and did not complain. Fast forward 2022, I could not join dentists elsewhere as a paying nhs patient and desperately needed a check up, I needed fillings and possibly a root canal but didn't feel completely comfortable to carry on with the procedures on my next appointment so I went in to get a refund. 2/3 receptionists were being aggressively difficult and patronising saying I need to read the cost of procedures on the wall and purposely faffing around to further waste my time. I think their ATTITUDES STINK and they should not have been able to get a job anywhere near healthcare let alone around interacting with humans with that DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! I will now have to go private but good riddance!
Before I was highly recommended nigh on 20 years ago to Dr Aggarwal, I had an absolute fear of Dentists. After just one visit all my fears disappeared. His calming, caring, and professional manner put me at such ease. I wouldn't change him for the world because he is the best! I hasten to add that his lovely dental assistants deserve a mention too!
