Hainault Community dental are an amazing team of talented, caring and thoughtful staff throughout. The staff continues to work under strict Covid regulations from the start of the ‘pandemic’ to the present day but continue to give the best professional, exceptional treatment and advice needed to give all Patients seen a better quality of living. Despite its listing, it is not a community dental service. My wife called because she was in extreme pain and running a fever from a bad tooth, and this place was one of the numbers we were given by NHS to call for emergency help in our community. The person that answered said that we should have called earlier because they have no spots available. They continued on to say that even if we had called early they would not help because they are referral only and only for those in the community. That they are for those with disabilities only. Then when my wife broke down in tears because the woman was going off at her the woman on the phone told her to stop her crying, that it won't help. She then gave us advice that was counter to what we were told, and then gave us a fake phone number to what was suppose to be an NHS hospital... London Bridge, on the other side of London over an hour from where we are. When their place is about 10 minutes away.
Very nice people, but lousy service. Visited 3 times with disabled son. Each time referred to someone else......but still no treatment. 2 disabled parking slots outside - always taken. Staff car park gated at rear. Receptionist offish when 3 mins late due to parking problems. Tried to phone on a Friday afternoon as the dentist who had promised to phone me didn't, the 4 new numbers for the service are all switched off.
My little girl was seen by Nicola who was absolutely amazing. Thank you for your help
Always delays when you visit, they know the patients have specific needs so why keep us waiting in reception for so long
