Great staff. Having been to various locksmiths to get duplicate keys cut - had a restricted security lock for my own house - NO-ONE could cut a key saying it was practically impossibe being a security key. Having been to Dennis, he used the existing key, made up a lock and cut a duplicate from there. Only took 30 mins and no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I choose local, not only was they very helpful over the phone, but there response time in sending out a locksmith was excellent. My elderly parents had a broken lock and the whole situation was very stressful for them. Thanks to the quick response at resolving the situation and good workmanship they now can use their front door again. My Dad said lovely job and he didn't feel ripped-off. I would highly recommend this company

This shop is absolutely TERRIBLE! Do not do business here! I live in shared accommodation and lost my key; a do not duplicate key which your regular Timpsons on the High Street isn't able to cut and so the letting agent told me it would cost £40 to replace the key and cut a new one. Obviously everybody knows that it does not cost a surgeon's labour for an hour to cut a copy of a key. All I wanted from this shop was for them to tell me the actual price it costed to cut the key so I could go back to my letting agent and tell them to be reasonable, stop taking the mess out of me and charge me the correct price it would cost to cut the key but the shop gave me some spiel about how the price of the key was confidential which of course it was confidential, how else would the letting agent be able to charge its tenant £40 if the shop turn around and tell me it costs £5 to cut the key which is probably the actual cost (at the time of writing I still don't know but I expected to pay 20 quid max). Suffice to say the letting agent would not budge and neither would the shop, essentially the shop contributed to this ripping off and I shall not be doing any business with them and recommend that other people avoid it. Even if they absolutely can't give me the price of the key, the staff weren't sympathetic at all, they came across as very robotic and like they didn't care, especially the woman named Val. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!
