Friendly service. But .... Offered goods not the top of the quality. It's mostly no-name, items that can be bought on Amazon, Ebay, Wish etc Not worth the money. Search on-line for similar products and You get them for 1/10th of the price. Yes it's not an joke, several hundrets for item that cost £50 on Amazon???!!!. Today when I am browsing  on-line stores  I really regret buying from Lorraine Electronics. Never ever buy anything on Impulse.

There are a lot of different products for CCTV in the market and my husband and I were very confused which one to use. We came across Spy Shop and entered the shop not knowing what to expect. We met Raj who very patiently listened to our needs and requirements.  He suggested a few different options , costs and we felt reassured after understanding how the schematics work. We finalised the product , and within days the CCTV was installed. We did it for our business and were so happy with the results that we did it for our house as well.  It is one of the Best things we have invested in. The Professionalism,  Patience and After Care Service we have received from Raj and Lorraine Electronics have been Outstanding. Amazing Products and Truly Sincere Customer Service. Well done Lorraine Electronics ,  Keep up the Good Work  :  Many thanks once again.

What can I say I have been a customer for years .The equipment is first class.I used to buy off internet from other companies and I found their products to be short of the mark.In fact one bug I brought off the net caught fire whilst under charge!Raj at the store knows this field and is very knowledgeable.I highly recommend .

Purchased a product. The following day we got the result. Theft employee is disgusting and it was a relief to have the evidence to present. Yes it is expensive but its good to have support and guarantees so it's a peace of mind

I Bought a BVCAM over a year ago.And I have decided to reuse the camera.One phone call straight forward reply and guided me through the set up.I  would 100percent recommend lorraine electronics to any body wanting there items.Without any hesitation you will not match there service  with any other supplier.with all my years experience I have never had a better service. Do not trust this shop !!                          I went and asked for advise explaining my situation, as i was having a problem with vandals damaging my car at night, I explained money was tight, but would purchase a system at a later date however, to show good faith, I purchased  a camera lens shown to me as a Sony unit, and paid the asking price of £185 pounds.         I thought it strange that there wasn't an instruction leaflet, but felt safe in the knowledge of what I'd been told and it had Sony written on the box. When i returned home, wishing to obtain more info regarding cctv, I looked on Youtube and Ebay, to my Horror, I found the camera lens I'd just paid £185 for, on sale and It's lowest price was £4.25 and the max price was around £15.00 and was in fact from China.                                                I had put my trust in the shop owner and felt totally ripped off, due to illness I've not been able to return and make issue regarding being treated unfairly. I would warn others be careful of this shop !!! Not as honest as they seem !!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of professionalism which comes with the products which are of the highest quality and got me great results. The friendly and helpful after service I have found to be without paralell. All in all I would give this company full marks. Many thanks to them for their time trouble and last but not least understanding and friendliness.

I have dealt with this company over the years and have always been impressed by their knowledge and willingness to help and advise, both before and after making a sale.  Voicemail messages left are always responded to by friendly helpful staff.

Great advice, if you're in doubt like me. Does hurt to ask for help. Lots of knowledge the business has been there for 40 years. What a hidden gem!
