Oh my god! Absolutely SHOCKING!
Food was cold when it finally arrived and the order was wrong. They reluctantly agreed to replace but it took an hour to arrive. The staff are incredibly rude and complaining is a total waste of time and effort. Quite frankly a despicable place and I would go as far as saying the worst takeout joint in Poole!

Terrible place and will never order from there again! Waited 2 hours for a ordered delivery of kebab and a pizza which never arrived! Staff were rude over the phone when I continuously asked to speak to the manager whom apparently wasn't there and proceeded to put the phone down on me 3 times!!!! I paid by card  over the phone so was absolutely livid! A member of staff rudely shouted over the phone to come in for a refund?!!! So in the middle of the night we had to walk to the shop for our money back!! No apology, rude, rude ,rude!

Appalling business run by outrageously abusive and violent staff (manager!).

Ordered food that arrived over an hour late and was stone cold. They refused to compensate us in any way, and made me drive all the way over there to "discuss" the situation with the manager.

To cut a long story short, I had to call the police to resolve the situation, as the so-called manager was shouting abuse at me across the desk, in front of all his customers. 

Crazy!!! - Stay well away!

I used to go here quite a lot as it was local, but have since moved but get delivery. The food quality has taken a massive downslide in my opinion, so I stopped using them. Today, I had no other choice but to use them. MISTAKE. Ordered 2 pizzas and a mixed kebab. Pizzas we swimming in grease and disgusting. Mixed kebab came with NO PITTA BREAD, and the meat was very low standard. The kofta kebab seriously reminded me of those cheap burgers that you buy 20 for £1. The donner meat was disgusting with a slimey taste to it. Chicken was ok. Won't be recommending or using again.

So...I ordered at 19:15 ...at 20:30 my order was not here,I called them and I spoke to a woman who wasn't even speaking english she put the phone down for 2-3 minutes to find somebody who speack english, they said the driver left my order somwhere else by mistake and they will refund me. I asked them to bring my order as I am bloody hungry so they said 30 minutes more to wait. Last time I order from them! This is unacceptable! Waiting 2 hours for a burger and some chips
