The unbearable and relentless beeping around the till is absolutely ridiculous! Torturous and completely unnecessary. The poor guy behind the counter said "I get constant and agonising headaches, and I don't get much sleep"... NOBODY should have to work in those conditions. The shop should fix it NOW. Also, if you're going to have an offer on, why not put all the relevant products in the same place?

The sales assistant at the till was extremely helpful to me and my mum when we came in last Sunday 16th May 21. I forgot to ask for her name which is silly on my behalf because she really does deserve a mention for how I was treated and looked after so attentively
Got footwear from here twice and both times staff have been great. Second time didn't have my size in the footwear I wanted so the staff made me aware that I could have them delivered in the size I wanted at no extra cost. No problems with the delivery service and would recommend to anyone.
Good variety of foot wear with reasonable costs. I am in love with some of their sandals, they were beautiful and fashionable, perfect for summer. I purchased 2 varieties of Sandels yesterday. Only problem is that they don't provide student discounts.
Unable to find a size 8 pair of pumps - although there were several other sizes on display. Did look to members of staff but they didn't seem keen to offer assistance. Plenty of variety on display and prices are reasonable- they just don't seem to cater very well for ladies with large feet.

There is a petite blo d woman working there. She is absolutely so professional and helpful. She is probably around 18-20 yrs old. Staff is very helpful and the quality of the products is very good.
I would like to thank your assistant phoebe for her help today she was very very helpful as I came in wanting a size extra extra large shoes in a 9 or 10 In a ladies every pair I tried just didn’t fit or the width wasn’t big enough so she suggested me try a mans shoe which seem to be a better fit so I’m one satisfied customer so this is to say I appreciate her career
Brought a pair of shoes for£19.99. thought it was a bargain but after only wearing them a couple of times, the top of the shoe parted from the bottom. Glue was rubbish.
