I wished I had read the reviews before making my purchase! However I have purchased some school shoes for my daughter from Blunts, as I was unable to find these particular shoes in any other shop. I paid £5.99 for next day delivery, and 3 days later they still have not arrived! I called customer service, only to be told that it isnt their fault it's down to Royal Mail, as they carrying out the deliveries. I demanded my delivery charge back, yet to see that, and called RM. Royal Mail informs me that they actually hadnt received the shoes from the store until that morning, 2 hours too late, therefore I would be getting them today. LATE SHOCKING SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN
