I have visited the store in Bury today as I needed to return a pair of my Grandson's shoes that had developed a fault, I was served by Amy who handled my issue brilliantly, she was clearly knowledgeable about what she was doing and expedited the transaction confidently, politely and efficiently. It is very easy to complain when you come across bad customer service but I feel it is equally important to acknowledge good service, having staff of this calibre in the store makes it stand out from the competition and makes it a pleasure to visit. Thankyou Amy.

I went into the store with shoes I'd bought elsewhere, and asked if they sold shoe stretcher spray. Which I'm glad they did. I was served by Edward who was exceptional in customer service. On his sound advice I bought more products to add comfort to my shoes. I was very impressed with the quality of service from Edward today. Thank you so much for your appreciation of my dilemma today.

Great bought a rucksack good value
Not busy when I was there, and the space between the shelves wasn't bad. There were a few choices for men, but not many in the size I was looking for. I don't like to have to ask, when staff are busy talking to each other, and nobody asked me if I needed any help. So, off to another shoe shop.
