Excellent service from staff. I had 2 heavy boxes to take to my car and very nice man on the door carried them for me. Service was friendly and welcoming, very impressed.

Very helpful and friendly young man in home department this afternoon assisting with my purchase of gift food. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was certainly service with a smile. Also a cheerful and polite lady in the cafe when I visited last week. It is a smaller store, but they have a good selection of products for the size.

5* for the shop but 1* for staff. Never been impressed with the staff but today got me convinced. I had more items, so the carrier bag was quite big and didn't noticed that she scanned the handbag but didn't put it in. Luckily I was in the area when I noticed that the handbag is missing. Went back for it and found a young man at the till, very bored, he gave me my handbag and that was it. No apologies... I know that mistakes can be made but also policies to follow.
