We decided to change the layout of our bathroom to create a contemporary look which made best use of the space we had available. Chris came out initially helping us work through where to site our new gas boiler and to the design our new bathroom. The quote was thorough and covered all work to be carried out. On the 1st day the original bathroom was stripped out which included 2 layers of tiles off the walls. Dan and Sam who completed most of the work to the new bathroom were true craftsmen and professional at all times. The finished result is stunning. They re-sited the toilet and sink to allow for a good sized shower enclosure and a free standing bath. The  walls and floor were tiled and look amazing. We are so pleased with the new layout and how fabulous it all looks. We would have no hesitation in recommending DC Plumbing for gas fitting, plumbing and bathrooms.

Chris absolutely wonderful. He helped us decide which thermostat would be best, he then fitted the thermostat as well as completing a boiler service. He also didn’t mind our puppy trying to help! Would highly recommend and be booking again next year!

I had a problem this evening friday at 5pm with an external pipe and got in touch with DC plumbing for some advice. After sending them a picture Chris came straight round with his son in the van to sort it out as it could have been a major leak if I had left it. Can't speak highly enough of them.

We have just had our boiler serviced for the first time by DC Plumbing & Heating. After several years of using another company, we were so impressed with Chris who came to service the boiler. He was punctual, friendly, very efficient & did a thorough job on servicing our boiler. So if you are looking for your boiler to be serviced I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending DC Plumbing & Heating & we will definitely be using him every year for our boiler service from now on…. My parents live in Redditch. My Dad has dementia and managed to do something to the central heating, which had stopped working properly. They called around to a lot of plumbing/heating experts but were getting told, "We're booked till after Christmas." When they got through to Chris he also told them he was fully booked. My mom explained that my Dad had done something to the system and they were getting cold in the house. Chris was there straight away. Checked the boilers, bled the radiators, reset the system AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE THEM. He said he wanted them to know there were still some kind people around. I want everyone to know what an absolute pro Chris is. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Always a great service with these guys! Chris will always respond to messages out of hours to help and visit to assess the issue asap. All work carried out has been done tidily and with a friendly service. Would not use anybody else, highly recommend!

Chris, Dan and Sam were very professional & did a fantastic job at fitting our new boiler & radiators. Very reasonably priced and I  would highly recommend them to anyone. My husband and I have used them twice now for plumbing work done at our home and we are very happy with their work!

We have used DC Plumbing since moving to Redditch and we have always been delighted with the service provided. Recently we unfortunately had to have our whole bathroom replaced due to a leak. Chris, Dan and Sam were so helpful and professional. They helped us sort a tiler and a skip and were so great in helping us sort some last minute emergency purchases. Would highly recommend.
