I was extremely unhappy with the service I recieved from Dick Sharpe who I feel really did charge me for services he didnt provide and a diagnoses he didnt make. He ended up calling Ideal in which is fine, but not for what he charged me on top of what ideal did(nothing to do with his diagnoses).I would certainly not recommend that anyone use him,or if you do, monitor excactly what he does, and how long he spends doing it. If he calls someone else in because he cannot diagnosethe problem or fix it properly(which is fair enough), then check how much that provider is charging, and then what he adds on top. check how long, if he cannot fix your boiler, he spends looking at the manual on the computer and charging you for this before he calls someone else in to do the job. Feeling ripped off to be honest, that he plucked a quote beforehand out of the air, then called someone else in...I checked how much they had charged of course, and wish I had called them first myself. Well, broken boiler mended and serviced quickly and tidily so can't ask more than that, really!
