We were very pleased with the installation of a new boiler and tank. Both Jason and Scott took care to do a careful job and communicated well with us. The workmanship was to a high standard and they were friendly and keen to confirm we understood and were happy with the installation. Likewise the planning prior to the work with Rob and the on-going communication with the office staff was supportive and helpful. We now have a warm house and I would certainly recommend Hereford Heating based on the excellent service we have received.

First of all a huge thank you "Hereford Heating" from two very grateful and satisfied customers. We would totally recommend this company to anyone having problems with their heating appliances. The care and professionalism shown by Jo in the office, Rob when he visited our home to estimate the job, and from Jason and Corey our two friendly, hard working engineers was truly heartwarming. We now are enjoying the benefits of our new gas boiler. Thank you again. Barbara and Geoff Thomas.

We decided to book a new boiler installation with Hereford Heating after the initial quote, provided by Rob Nash. The quote wasn't the cheapest we had - the British Gas quote was actually better but it was confusing. There were offers and deadlines, etc that meant the price was changeable. The real reason we decided to go with Hereford Heating was because Rob warned me of the current heating flue location and the danger it would cause if it snowed. A few weeks later it did, a lot, and it was because of this advice we chose this company. We found that everyone from Rob, to Jane, in the office, to the engineers that undertook the installation (Jase & Scott) were totally professional and very helpful. The engineers really grafted during our installation and have done an amazing job. They could have ripped up the bathroom floor but they didn't, they could have run the gas inlet straight through the loft (they ran it around the edges and clamped it to each of the timbers) but they didn't and I can honestly say that I have been impressed with the time and effort they put into the work. Over 2.5 days they did not stop and the results are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I know a new boiler is an expensive outlay and if you want a hassle free installation at a reasonable cost then I would highly recommend that you give Hereford Heating a go. They are simply first class and I can't thank them enough.

Beware! Yesterday, this company attended my 3 bed semi-detached house to simply complete a boiler service. Their engineer found that although the boiler was working it required two small replacement parts. The company then quoted me for the parts but charged me for a breakdown call out, which was £86.40 (Inc VAT). They then quoted me for the service which they said could only be done when the parts were fitted. Their quote is: Parts £126.98, Service £78.00, CP12 Certificate £30.00 and additional labour at £48.00 per hour - approx one extra hour, all plus VAT. This is the most expensive service I have ever been quoted for and I feel that have been totally ripped-off! I advise everyone to check the prices carefully.
