I am more than happy with the service I've received from Daz. I've currently took in my ibanez bass that was in a bad shape it was left in my garage for 4 years with my line 6 amp. The bass had gone rusty and the amp had a whole colony of insects living/died in it. Not only that he turned my acoustic guitar from right to left handed. He had everything I asked for, leads, capo, plectrums etc. Daz is a very welcoming man and pleasure to have a chat with and the cost for all his work was very cheap. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

What Mr. Rice doesn’t know about guitars. Really isn’t worth knowing….  Having taken my entire arsenal of ‘wooden planks with strings!’ In for set-ups over the last month or so. Everyone has been handed over and masterfully set-up to my wants, needs and playing styles.  I can spend an age just chatting with Darren whilst in store. So much so, on my last visit. Unbeknownst to me I was holding up another customer!  Thanks again

I have bought a couple of guitars and also had one guitar serviced here. I find him to offer a superior service to his main competitors overall and he is also a very friendly and knowledgeable person. I will use him again for sure. He’s the best person to use for all things guitar this side of Manchester.

Daz is amazing! I took my Taylor to him to get it set up properly. He understood the sound and style charisteristic of the guitar and also my style of playing and the kind of songs I write and play. He set the guitar up perfectly and chose a set of strings which really shine and sound exceptional! Now it plays like a dream! Every time I play I am truly thankful to Daz for his expert service! B- All from a genuinely warm and friendly man who has a lot of great stories to tell

Great music shop. Daz is a great guy and really good to chat to. His knowledge is extensive regarding guitars and setting them up. He has serviced my guitars and swapped pickups a number of times. His work is to very high standard and he will set your guitar up exactly to your spec. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my guitar needs.

Daz just to say I'm very pleased indeed with the re-string and set up of my Fender jazz bass. Just make your way to his shop door, you won't be disappointed.  Thank you Daz.

I've been going to Daz for years now. I've bought 2 accoustic guitars, 1 being a beautiful 'Court' 12 string the other a lovely blue Tanglewood 6 string.  I trust him to keep them both serviced and he does a cracking job!

absolutely amazing music shop and definitely deserves 5 stars, Daz did a great job fixing up my 2 acoustic guitars which weren't in very good condition but I've got them back now and its like they are completely brand new again and he did me a great deal. recommend to anyone looking for an amazing music shop.
