Truly outstanding service from Neal at Frets Guitar Centre. I originally enquired by email about a possible part exchange and received a phone call back from Neal the same morning. He was incredibly helpful and straight forward to deal with. He explained everything, kept me informed at every stage and arranged the delivery of my new guitar to fit around my availability and also the carriage of my p/x to go back, it really couldn't have been easier or more convenient. The packing was the best I've seen, my guitar came in a box inside another box, which is pretty rare, and I thought he also gave me an excellent deal, so I'm more than happy and would certainly buy from him again. I would highly recommend Frets Guitar Centre to anyone. Thank you.

Bought a used 1988 PRS Custom 24 from Neal, service was first class from start to finish. Guitar was described as 3/5 condition, but I think that was an injustice to the guitar and Neal. Apart from a couple of small marks around the binding area that had been pointed out in a video Neal put together for me, and a little fret wear that you would expect from any 30+ year old guitar that’s been played, the guitar is really in remarkable original condition. 4.5/5 would have been more fair! Shows how honest these guys are though, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another guitar from them. Delighted to have added this PRS to my arsenal. Thanks Frets Guitar Centre!

The best shop in the Fylde coast! Neal is very knowledgeable and does amazing tech work. Check the times that it’s open but if you have guitars needing work or want to check some quality gear pop in. He has done many of my guitars and breathed new life into them
