Had an issue were our booking hadn't come through from Expedia but the staff were quick to get it sorted. The staff were easy to chat to and the room was just a simple room. No problems with it.

For the price you really can't go wrong. There is a Starbucks, Burger King, Subway and WHSmith within 2 minutes of the front door. The rooms were immaculate and large with ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TVs and a desk. The staff were friendly and helpful and I'd definitely stay in the future if travelling to Birmingham.

Bed was a bit soft for partners liking but room was lovely.  Staff very friendly and prices great!

Fairly basic accommodation. No lift, so have to carry luggage upstairs, and breakfast is across the motorway, so have to walk there, which is a bit of a faff of it's pouring and you're in a rush. Otherwise ok
