We wanted a hole punch that worked with two specific organisers. We were assured via email that their product was suitable. When it arrived this was not true. We were asked to pay for return by post. We were going near their premises so we asked the firm to confirm that we could drop in back. We have never had a response and could not find their premises it appears to be in Suttons Seeds site but the Sutton's Seeds front reception had never heard of Day-Timer. They are still not responding to our emails. We have been left with a product that does not meet our requirement.
