The staff have a friendly professional approach to customers. There is a quiet, peaceful atmosphere within the shop and customers are helped with any enquiry in a caring manner. I had the option to go elsewhere for my prescriptions, but would choose Day Lewis, Wootton, over them all. Nice people and well stocked shop.

Good pharmacist Carmel Conroy, very helpful and professional.
But: counter staff exceptionally slow; closes for lunch, even for non-pharmacy items; head office replacement pharmacists for holiday or sickness cover usually out of depth. 
Don't expect an apology if there's a problem: it will be the fault of suppliers, doctor's surgery, head office, or your own. This said they will be not unhelpful.
