Having lived in and used pharmacies in various regions of the UK, as well as internationally, I can honestly say that I have found the staff at Day Lewis to be the most helpful and caring I have encountered. They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. Even when I have made a mistake, such as forgetting to order my medication before I run out, Helen and the staff have always been immeasurably helpful and kind. They're always available to answer questions and offer advice, as well as always being such pleasant people to be around. I don't think the staff at Day Lewis are just doing a job; from my vantage point, I think they are answering a calling and doing it with true caring for their customers. I truly feel well cared for, having my medication needs looked after at Day Lewis. I know you don't hear it often enough, so I wanted to say thank you to Helen and all the wonderful people at Day Lewis.

Both my wife and I have health issues and require a lot of medications between us.  We have always found the staff  to be helpful and curteous.  keep up the great work.

I’ve been using Day Lewis pharmacy for many years now and have to say how amazing they are. I’ve recently been diagnosed with depression, anxiety and ibs. Helen the pharmacist there has been my rock she and her team have helped me through this tough time especially when I was unable to get doctors appointment’s ect. They always took time to talk and reassure me pointing me in the right direction. I cannot thank them enough😊

Hopeless. I get my prescriptions delivered because I am disabled. As usual, it has not been delivered and I have to ring them up (this has happened almost every month in the last two years). They tell me that they have no delivery driver, but I can call in to collect my prescription. I call in on the same day to be told that they can't dispense my prescription because they have no pharmacist until 1500. They have had my prescription for a week, and they are incapable of either delivering it or handing it over the counter.
