I would of gave a 0 if I could. Had been told my four year old son had MRSA and need to rush down to get certain antibiotics and a few other things. I walked down to be told they couldn’t get a certain item on there but had the antibiotics I needed, I said fine can I get the other item from them at a later date, they said it can’t be ordered in for some reason. I then went on and said fine no worries I will take what you have and source the other item somewhere else. I was then told this cannot be done as she cannot break down a prescription? I walked down to cowes pharmacy which was closed and was starting to get annoyed that I couldn’t get the antibiotics. My partner rang the doctors who said to return to boots who can do what I asked, so I did and guess what ? She could break down a prescription, I then heard one woman out the back say that because I left and came back that one of the other items may not get delivered for me to pick up the next day. And also heard her say something along the lines that it was “self explanatory”. This was obviously aimed at me. The service was disgusting and to be fair if I wasn’t in such of a rush to get the antibiotics to my son, it would of been a problem. Hope everyone else doesn’t have to go through this, if you can, just take the walk to cowes.

Don't contact you as agreed, never seem to have all your prescription  despite " managing" it. Long queues of poorly people, mostly older and frail. No apology for errors. I'm going to Day Lewis.Its disgusting when you're poorly to have to endure that .

Very very rude staff with no brains  prescription ALWAYS  going missing   I think  they would do better working in macdonolds      thick people

I rung to ask if any stock of Tums was in, unfortunetly it wasn’t but the pharmacist was so helpful and told me I should see a doctor. So helpful 🤘🏼

Not well managed and frequently inefficient. Some staff would also benefit from additional training to understand that being unnecessarily rude to customers is unhelpful. Now going to a different pharmacy.
