Nearly a year in after a traumatic robbery whilst we were in. This company was great at the start but that was the only good part. During the robbery the floor was damagedtiles they have sent 3 trades people each saying they can't guarantee the repairs. Now they saying I refused the works when I did not. Months have gone on and no progress. They want to lift the tiles up and replace them but we have electric under floor heating. They have just tried fobbing it off and putting blame on me. Horrendous experience. You rather not have insurance than deal with these cowboys. I asked if the loss adjuster could come when the trades people come and they refused. Saying we only visit one time. STAY CLEAR
My boundary wall broken down for heavy storm and wind, I called my home insurance company, they send surveyor to inspect, I shocked, he wrote the report and said it’s not a storm damage 12 meter long wall and fences, how I did my self. They totally lying I have witnesses and e few more neighbours fences and walls broke down as well. Please don’t get any service from them. AVOID THEIR ANY KIND OF SERVICE.
Absolutely shocking service. Made a claim to repair my phone in November. They eventually sent me a payment link which didn’t work as they never attached the relevant anti fraud stuff. I then sent my phone to one of their repair centers on the 11th December with the promise and advice it would be done in 1-5 working days and returned. I’m still without my phone. I can’t get an answer from either Davies group or the associated repair company about where my phone is and I’m now missing payments to credit cards etc. as I can’t access my accounts without my phone.
My home was inspected today. We did not know who was on the property taking photos and when inquiring who he was and what he was there for he wouldn't say. He was rude and there was a witness to this incident. It took me making a police report and phone calls to find out that it was Russell from your company. He was rude and evasive.
Past onto these through ladybird insurance brokers, also through the French insurance company they put me with. Our car was hit start august took them over 40 days to collect car so no courtesy car given now 66 days in cars written off god knows how long we will wait for a settlement figure to be sorted but am not holding out much hope, you spend hours on the phone past from pillar to post I think I have about 15 numbers for them now it’s a shambles and half the time you don’t even know you will be dealing with these till it’s to late and you have been past to them, complaint made 4 weeks ago told we would hear in 3 days or by letter in a week to acknowledge the complaint but they haven’t failed in being constant in failing this aswell …. By law they shouldnt be allowed to get away with making a lot of money but offer zero back to customers
Take personal information without the permission of whom they are asking questions about !!! Ignore complaints made by the person they have taken information about and disclose complaint information to a third party whom did not even know I had launched a complaint against Davies group I will await to hear back from the financial ombudsman and my solicitor regarding the breach of gdpr regulations
I gave them a phone to fix the screen with just for it to take 3 weeks and then them not being able to fix it.They said they will give me a new phone just to find out they devalued it by £50 plus £75 costing them to fix it.Atleast give the same phone not different.
Appalling - can't get through on the phones. They say they will call you back within 2 hours - still waiting a week later ! Called multiple times and you get cut off if you hold and ignored if you ask them to call you
Absolute garbage, I'd give them zero stars if I could. Their customer service is non existent. It has been 8 months now since I made a claim on my insurance with them and still nothing. I have contacted them SEVERAL times via telephone and email, my emails are responded to with generic, computer generated waffle and promises that "One of our team will contact you shortly" they never have and every time I have called them I have been assured that "Your claim will be resolved in the next 2 weeks" it wasn't. NO contact from them whatsoever, no updates, once this issue is resolved, I shall be cancelling my policy with them. I'd suggest anyone else reading this does the same !!!
Shocking never got back to us I had to call our insurance to find out what was happening .and after that they called me and gave me aload off lies a complaint as gone forward with our insurance company about these people .stay away from them
