Without a doubt the best gym I have ever been to. The facilities are fantastic, but it's the people who really make it. From the incredible coaches, who support, encourage and give every member individual attention, to the other members who are always ready to cheer you on, every single person contributes to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. After just a few months I have learnt so much and I'm the fittest I've ever been. The constantly changing workouts never get boring and I look forward to every session. I can't recommend Fit3Sixty enough.
Can’t recommend Fit3Sixty enough. The first gym I’ve really felt comfortable in. When I’m not doing the small group training sessions, I am now confident enough to go into the solo area & work out by myself. The support & encouragement of the coaches & other team members have helped me gain the confidence to do this. All the coaches are amazing, they really focus & care about you & your individual needs & goals, all exercises are scaled to your ability. Friendly people, welcoming environment & no big egos. Fit3sixty really is for everyone!
Fantastic gym! Joined just over two months ago, feeling in far better shape than when I joined. Sessions are always varied and enjoyable. Excellent team of coaches, offering lots of support.
Best gym I have ever been to without a doubt! Everyone here is so nice and so supportive! They will make the time to answer questions, offer advice and help : The team are also really good at pushing you to be your best self in the SGPT, in a way that can be really hard to do just by yourself in thr gym at least I find it hard to do!. Thy are all also super considerate of any injuries, limitations or just generally where you are in your fitness journey, so that with all things considered about you as an indiviual, they all use their experience and knowledge to make sure you reach your full potential, without trying to push you further than your body is ready at that time Much appreciated!. I feel like in 7 weeks I have some such a long way already, and I'm excited to keep on pushing forward! I'm so glad I decided to join : Thanks so much to everyone at FIT3SIXTY, you're awesome :
I've been going to F3S for a year now, so this is a considered review. I get very limited time to go to the gym these days and haven't I regretted spending this time at F3S. I have got fitter, stronger and stayed injury free. To round up, if you aren't interested in programmes that work and knowledgeable, motivated coaches you should look elsewhere. If that sounds good, you should definitely give it a try.
Simply the best Gym I have ever used. Knowledgable, friendly, caring team who genuinely want you to progress. A supportive atmosphere from other members as well, everyone is friendly and you won't find any mirrors!!! Group sessions are like team workouts and fun but also as hard or as easy as you need to go. perfect no matter what your level, beginner to pro. Solo sessions are as solo as you want it to be.
After becoming overweight and getting lazy I’ve decided to take on the 6 week challenge at fit3sixyy. Today Hearing the 5-20am alarm was a bit painful but once I was up, I was excited for what lay ahead. On entering the gym I felt a little nervous as it’s been years since I was last in a gym. The coaches made me feel so welcome and put my nerves at ease. Big shout out to the guys I trained with, all were polite and again made me feel really welcome. The session was brilliant, many thanks go to Jack, he guided me through all the moves and kept me going. Not sure how the legs will feel tomorrow after all those squats lol. Onto the next session
First session of the 6 week body challenge done today, great staff, felt very looked after, looking forward to seeing the new improved me in a few weeks time!
Fabulous coaches, well thought out exercise programmes that are adapted to all levels and cater for injuries and generally a welcoming and fun place to spend your time with friendly people!
The Best gym I have ever been to. Coaches are professional, supportive & friendly. All members are very helpful & encouraging. Whatever your fitness goals this gym will help you achieve them. I would happily recommend this gym to anyone.
