I have been a member for several years and have to say that Rose on reception is a great asset to David Lloyd. These days it is quite unusual to get good customer and Rose treats everyone in an exemplary manner. She deserves top marks for her welcoming and friendly approach to her work.

Rose and Charlie are very helpful and cheerful in the morning while Penny McKay keep me up and energetic throughout my Blaze and cyclone classes. All around great atmosphere to be in the morning and I love coming. Would recommend with the brilliant staff here plus the new locker rooms coming

At reception, Rose always greets us so beautifully and makes us feel welcome. Class and instructor, Annette, were fantastic. Air conditioning non-existent, however, and blinds needed on large studio window. Despite many complaints from clients, this has never been addressed.

Unfortunately dirty place. Changing rooms, swimming pools are dirty. Multiple conversations with management team without any positive outcome. You can tell exactly what is dirty, you can point but after day/week/month that place still will be dirty. During your contract they can change rules  / they can change price of your direct debit. If you want to leave you have to pay for minimum 3months advance. Avoid / Avoid / Avoid / Avoid

Excellent and wonderful experience at David Lloyd Nottingham, if you're looking to join, please meet a gentleman by the name of Manny who took his time to show us around. Relaxed atmosphere and great classes available. You won't be disappointed!

I visited David Lloyd Aspley last week. I must say Rose on main reception is always so polite. On arrival I am always welcomed with a ‘good morning Neil’ and a towel placed in my hand. Without fail, Rose will say goodbye when departing the club. It’s these little details that make all the difference.

We visited the Nottingham David Lloyd this morning and the receptionist mark was brilliant. What a cheerful young man he is. His customer service skills are very professional and welcoming. He couldn’t do enough to please us. I wish there were more marks around in businesses. If you read this thank you

I have been a member at David Lloyd for many years.  I want to highlight  Rose on reception who has always  been cheerful , helpful and responsive.  She has been particularly helpful when I have  had trouble with my card & gone out of her way to help. She’s also very welcoming and a delight to chat to.

I recently visited David Lloyd and had a really positive experience. The staff were friendly and approachable, making the visit very enjoyable. Meg in particular was helpful in answering my questions and ensuring I had what I needed, her assistance definitely stood out.

Manny was brilliant in setting me up with my membership. He was welcoming and so friendly especially as I had my toddler with me during sign up. He couldn't do enough and was so patient and understanding. I would recommend you ask for Manny if you want an interactive and informative tour of the facilities. I'm very much looking forward to my time using the great facilities David Lloyd offers.
