A great experience. We got the experience as a gift for our anniversary. A great relaxed day out. Afternoon Tea was nice. A mixture of goodies. The reception area was quite loud so you can’t hear the receptionist. The Spa facilities were varying which was nice. The jacuzzi unfortunately was cold. The pool is a reasonable size but a good temperature. A nice relaxed spa. Time can go past so quick. We also had a treatment. Iain was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment. A 4 star  in total. It’s a great spa but not one I’d make my first choice. Thank you for the experience.

Lovely facilities, very pretty to look at, just a shame it's so loud and full. Not relaxing at all due to the amount of people. Pleasant enough afternoon tea, happily catered for dairy free. Good facial, probably the best part of the day

We had a lovely day at the spa. There are so many different rooms to choose from and a couple of pools. The facilities were all clean and well maintained. We had afternoon tea which was great and not too filling. We had 25 minute massages which were good but the sink in the room was making lots of noise so it wasn't quite as relaxing as we hoped. One thing I would say is that it gets very busy and it felt a bit hectic towards the middle of the day, particularly in the changing room area.

This is the most amazing spa love it, friendly staff treatments are amazing, food quality! Staff can’t do enough for you. All that you need now is a outdoor hot tub on the rooftop. I will be back again soon love it highly recommended to all my family and friends. See you all soon x

My and my mum's  favourite SPA place . After amazing hot stone treatment ,  lovely meal at Waterfall cafe we managed to get asleep on the warm hot seats in relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to all lovely people for your hospitality - you made my and my mum's day excellent and very very relaxing.  Did not wanted to leave, wanted to stay there for longer:-

We enjoyed our first day there. The treatments were excellent. Being a bank holiday it was very full, but we expected that and we could still find places to be. The timing worked well. We had time to enjoy the spa, to have our tea, to attend our 90 minute treatments and to wallow in the hot tub afterwards. Suggestion: more places to hang robes and towels.

Great place for a relaxing spa day. Huge choice of steaming rooms and saunas and relaxing areas. All clean and very friendly staff. Very generous offers. I am happy to be back there again

Beautiful place amazing amenities lots of different saunas. The only thing I could suggest is that the treatment rooms could do with an update. The treatment room I was in was very bright not so relaxing and the equipment was quite worn. But the spa facilities were out of This world

Brought a voucher for me and my boyfriend for a present, Was very impressed with the whole place, had a lovely time and both felt very relaxed after. Pippa and Maria are fantastic at massage, thank you so much, we will be back

Have visited the spa a couple of times before and always had a great experience. However, myself and a friend visited earlier in the month for a 30th birthday. To cut a long story short there was a mix up with our afternoon tea meaning we couldn't have it until 4 hours later due to having different treatment times. The cafe was closed by this time but they had told us to get our food out of the fridge and a staff member would be with us to make our drinks. No one came to us despite me asking so we ended up having to make our own drinks bare in mind everything had been cleaned and put away so we had to go through cupboards to find what we needed. We complained at reception and was told the owner would give me a call the next day.  Two weeks later after multiple emails and messages to their Facebook they have finally replied by offering 2 free glasses of prosecco on my next visit... Insulting to say the least  Cheap and cheerful spa but if anything goes wrong then good luck
