This is the best gym by far. It caters for the individual needs of every client and I cannot speak highly enough. I have been here for 4 years now and I used to give up on gyms after a few months. The difference here is that they care, they get results and there is a true family feeling about it. Part of me wants to share and tell the world, another part of me wants to keep it to myself :-)

I started this gym on a groupon offer in June and joined it, I absolutely love this place, I am 54, hated exercise but this gym has changed my mind completely, I am fitter than i have been for years, I couldn't do the exercises at first but with the trainers encouragement I have come on leaps and bounds, it cost 60 a month for 12 classes which is dearer that other gyms but there are only 6-8 people per class to the trainer can keep a good eye on your technique, my friend goes to another gym and there are 40 people in a class, how can the teacher check everybody is doing it correctly, they could be doing more damage than good to their bodies. This is small gym with a really friendly atmosphere.
