Just wanted to a big thank you to Andy at Databusters Data Recovery. What a star.- My Seagate expansion drive stopped working with all my photographs. Total panic as I could not access them - some were very special especially to my mum and could not be replaced. Spoke to a few other companies offering this service in the UK, Holland and the US, and not only would it take ages & have to be shipped to them but the prices were unbelievable. Just about to give up but then noticed Databusters-- contacted Andy via his live chat-he was so helpful, asking all the right questions- then told to bring the drive in the next morning. Within minutes he had advised, yes he could get me photos back. He called later to advise everything had been retrieved and put onto a new drive. - from 1st contact with Andy to having everything retrieved-- about 6hrs. Absolutely amazing service and this guy know his stuff-- read his testimonials! His mum should be proud. Thanks again Andy-- very happy customer and you made my old mum very happy too.
Andy was a recommendation from my partner and thank goodness for that! He was brilliant from start to finish; keeping in touch and ensuring I knew what was happening along the way. I potentially could have lost all data from an encrypted work laptop without backup but Andy was able to retrieve it! We had a non functioning hard drive which Andy was able to recover the data from onto a USB stick. When that didn't work as expected, Andy easily re-imaged the hard drive and all of its data onto a new hard drive which worked perfectly, all within a couple of days. 1st Class Service, thought I had lost 6 1/2 years work from my hard drive. Was given Andy's details, phoned Andy on Friday, sent away my hard drive, got a phone call from him on Monday to say he had retrieved all my data, this was sent back to me on a memory pen, received this Wednesday morning, talk about service !!!!! Being a fellow IT professional I was recently given a “dead” hard drive by a customer that required more specialist attention. I posted the hard drive to Andy expecting the worst but a few days later I received an external hard drive back with all the contents from the “dead” drive.
