I came in last week due to putting my 15 year old dog to sleep. I was absolutely devastated. The staff were absolutely great and it was worth every penny I paid. I got my dogs ashes back a week later in a lovely box and pot with a message inside. 
I can’t praise this place enough! Thank you.

I cannot express how happy I am with the help that they provided for my 2week old kitten. We were booked in for an appointment the same day as the day I called, and when we arrived we were greeted by a cheerful set of staff and a beautiful french bulldog. The vet was very professional and gave us some invaluable advice regarding the care of all our newborn kittens and also the queen. Great value for great service. I couldn't ask any more of them. Also the medicine they gave us for the kitten has worked already after just 24hours. Again the service was amazing!

These vets are very good. Outstanding value for  money. Half the price of others.  Very friendly and professional staff, take the time to talk to owners and explain everything. Would highly recommend

This vet (Ed) fantastic for my little bird that was egg bound sorted her out even with the complications of 2 big eggs. I Highly recommend this practice.  Thanks a million for saving sunny the kakariki.

I would give zero 🌟 if possible.

Had to put our dog to sleep, as we where very upset we got told there was know rush in making our mind up what to do with our dogs ashes after cremation. My wife called in 48 hours later and arranged to have the ashes returned to us and she selected an urn etc. After several days we contacted the vets only to be told that our pet was placed in an incorrect bag and was cremated and her ashes were scattered at some park 30 miles away.
If this was a human you would be in prison!! 

Got an apology and a free euthanasia, they thought this was satisfactory. Disgusting!! 

Avoid.
