Shopped in DCM to buy my son something nice for Easter, the lady was really helpful in me choosing something, I asked if they are not suitable could I return them, and was advised yes, took the items home to my son, they were not to his liking unfortunately. Took them back immediately as back in town on my way to work, but was then told I couldn't  have a refund, an exchange or a credit note only, the lady apologised as she thought she told me this, but she hadn't and then said there was a notice at the till, unfortunately it wasn't at the position I was served at, so wouldn't have seen it anyway, Lovely helpful staff,  really nice menswear  ,returns policy  The lady says it's because you're a small shop,  your clothing isn't exactly cheap and you have several outlets, I would not have expected this from this kind of outlet, very disappointed and will think twice before I buy anything from your shops again. Such a shame.

Oldham branch Lady was nice but the guy in the purple shirt with the rectangle head was rude all in ya face needs to sort his attitude out return policy is absolutely bad and the clothes are ok but after 2 washes the colour really fades away even though you follow the label on the clothes

I came here today looking to buy men slides Hoodrich ones. First time here and won’t be coming back again. The girl that was in a cream dress needs more training. I was going to buy them regardless of prices but it came down to do I wanna spend my money where someone talks like this “ look Over there mate”!! went and bought Adidas brand £5 pounds cheaper but money wasn’t a factor. Better customer service was. My recommendation: avoid Middleton Daniel Christian Meanswear or you will get what you get.

Bought a 3 piece suit  wasn't cheap pocket lining paper thin and came undo along the seams.  Happened to both pockets within a month of purchase.  Very disappointed considering I spent £300 in the shop that day

Poor quality and misleading customers. All the necessities they sell can be bought at Berry New Road for very little money, and there is racism in their speech, I advise you don’t buy his stuff

I JUST CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH ! I bought a beautiful 3 piece suit for my son a little bit early for an occasion and needed to swap it at VERY short notice. Both assistants couldn't do enough for me . The suit I wanted wasn't available in store so they rang every store they had and found one for me and got it delivered to the store so I wouldn't have to travel to pick it up. The suit is just beautiful. The staff were nothing but polite and just bloody wonderful with me ! Couldn't  recommend  this shop more ! We also left with a pair of gorgeous shoes at a really good price. There's literally something for all occasions.

hello, I shopped from their store in bolton and the product was defective, then I brought the product again, actually I did not wear it, I realized the problem at home, I did not have the size I bought, I had to buy an upper size 2 minutes later, it bothered me, and when I explained the situation, he gave me uke answers, probably because I do not speak English, I think he is racist to my product. It is not a company that owns it, my advice to you is definitely do not shop here.
