Very small order of embroidered logo on fleece jackets... order process and communication re the design was excellent... quality of workmanship was excellent and delivered exactly when they said it would be... And the fleeces, though a budget option, were far better quality than I imagined they would be.. overall I am a very happy customer and would thoroughly recommend..!

Six 'T' shirts ordered for personal use. Have always tried to buy Fruit of the Loom because of the quality. These didn't disappoint. Service first class together with prompt delivery, communication was excellent despite this being only a small order.

Very disappointing customer service! Beware, they are quite comfortable lying about the time frame of delivery between the time you do and pay for the order till the time they actually process your order and then delivers. They even send you response email saying that they will get back to you with 8 hours and they takes days to do so and blame it on high demand! High demand means understaff and taking their clients for idiots! I would not recommend. There are many other similar companies out there and I would definitely sue them instead next time.

Great item, very well made. nice and thick with great stitching, and is very well in colour. Both White and the Yellow. Brilliant price. items came very fast in the post, no complains, and this is the second time i have used them.

Bought £400 worth of clothing - first go round, pretty good. Did take a bit of time but all turned up but notice their hold press for the embroidery did mark the clothing. Does come out after a couple of washes but when you're selling clothing it doesn't look good and does but people off buying. Went to order another batch 6 months later, place order but had to choose a different item as they no longer stocked the particular hat I had bought before - to match the order and clothing line I had), they took the money. 2 weeks later (delivery date) I received an email saying they are out of stock, did I want 16 of one type and 3 of another type! There was no apology, no offer of discount as I now have a clothing line with potentially 3 different types of hat. It was full refund or live with it. Request to cancel the order - after another 2 weeks I received my money back. £450 in their bank account earning them interest. Also shortly after this nightmare one of the hoodies I purchased and sold had to be changed as the hood piece had thinned out. C2C refused to exchange stating it is a custom piece of clothing and therefore defective items are outside of trading standards 'fit for purpose'. Haven't used since. My story line dates over a period of 8 months. Other feedback is normally over 1 month which if I had done, it would have been good but when you need to go back and talk to customer services (which they don't have), forget it, the production line staff don't understand simply trading standards rules in the UK so be warned.
