After having an infection over the weekend, I was given an appointment the same day I went in and sorted with prescription. My next appointment was also a positive experience with the dentist listening and respecting my wishes for no injections. Still in ongoing treatment but have had no issues so far.

I have been coming to this practice for years & cannot recommend it highly enough. The reception are always friendly & helpful, everything flows with ease.nRickard, my dentist, is fantastic. He is calm, friendly & happy to discuss everything in detail to ensure the process & any issues are understood throughout.

I got a wrong diagnostic from doctor florina, about December 2023 she put a filling in a wisdom tooth with a decay and offered extraction for my upper left second molar, wrong diagnosis, 6 month later I went back for a real solution with doctor mandala, he decided to put a prosthesis in my second molar the same that doctor florina offered extraction, and he offered extraction to my wisdon tooth, two opposite diagnostic, mandla rush to put a prosthesis to hide the evidence, the decay when I do try to complain with him, everybody together, agree with doctor mandla 25 year experience, the manager offered me to sort out the problem by removing the prosthesis and do a proper cleaning where the decay is but I had to removed my wisdom tooth to stop the pain while waiting a real solution, my Mental health do not matter, very unsatisfied with this service, very serious. The business remove partially the decay so you have to back again in pain for extraction and prosthesis that the big deal, NHS need to be more aware, the crisis of NHS now is for neglect practice like this. I lost my wisdom tooth and in the way to lose a second tooth for the neglect of them.

I visited Damira Weston Lane on Friday 12th July 2024. The staff are always friendly, polite & helpful. My appointment was on time & I received  the appropriate treatment from the lovely lady dentist. 5 star service. Thank You

I had a very positive experience today with Florian. She had an  excellent and caring approach. The clinic was well organised and receptionists were friendly and approachable. An all round good experience from a very nervous patient!
