The staff were very friendly on my emergency visit and I was seen on time but on arrival I was informed that the x-ray machine was not working. I feel it was very irresponsible to accept emergency bookings knowing they could not perform correctly. Had this information been known to 111 I could have gone elsewhere.

I've been to Damira on 4 separate occasions and waited for my appointment time. I've always been early.
On my fourth rescheduled visit I was rescheduled once again and I'm yet to see a dentist! 
I've asked for a refund of my already paid check up that I never had. 
I've registered elsewhere.
My first appointment I waited for an hour to be seen only to be told they had an emergency and could I reschedule. I was happy to do so.
Second appointment, running 45 mins late. I had another appointment to get to and had to reschedule.
Third appointment, I had a phone call the day before and told their equipment was not working and could I please reschedule.
Fourth appointment which I booked for 9am in the hope they would not be running behind. 
Low and behold after 30 mins after my appointment time I was told there is still a wait of 15 mins on top of that.
Offered to reschedule.

I have attended this practice since 2013 and every 6 months I leave with a smile, friendly team throughout the surgery and always efficient. I see the same dentist every time I attend for my check up and would honestly recommend to all. To also see they were supporting Macmillan Cancer Support last week was fantastic. Well Done to you all.

Reception picked up quite quickly on the phone but I'm just hoping my braces don't take long until I can get them put in
