Had the pleasure of experiencing the poor customer service of the team at their trade stand at brand hatch. I was looking to purchase a new back protector, winter jacket and gloves. But after being very rudely approached by the man on the stand who took the gloves I was looking at from me, before telling the woman on the stand to come over, she then snatched the gloves that were a different size from dad telling us not to take gloves out of the bag, this is a very difficult way to help a customer choose the correct fitting product, I chose after this interaction that if this is the warm approach to customer service they offer I will take my custom elsewhere
Very successful day, full new set of gear fitted with the guys who spent the time allowing me to try on several different combinations. Very helpful and welcoming. Extremely recommend a visits, will be returning soon!
Toni has been brilliant - great customer service, incredibly helpful. He sourced a helmet for me and kept me updated regarding the order and it’s arrival. Will use Dainese Chelmsford for all future orders.

Great experience buying a made to measure race suit. It fits perfectly and with Toni’s advice have a one off design. Couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend them enough. They have great experience with bike gear and make sure you get the right fit and clothing every time.
Drove an hour to get here not knowing what to expect, Tony was in and was the most helpful, they didn’t have my size but he made sure I could try on as much as possible to help me out! Waiting for my order to be shipped home now
This shop and the staff are fantastic great stock lots of knowledge on products I bought a summer jacket wasn't sure on the size id need and Toni went above and beyond to help me getting in extra sizes so I could try them on and choose you don't get this service online. Please support our local shop we are lucky to have this in the area many thanks again I will be back as I build up my kit again
As a new rider I was looking for some trousers and jacket for my first tour .I've tried other shops like j&s and found them un helpful for somone like me who doesn't know what he is doing. I heard of dainese from watching the Missenden flyer so thought I would give it a go. I found them helpful informative and got a good deal from them. I would highly recommend
Great shop and the service from Toni was fantastic helping me choose the right kit from his years of experience. It saved me a lot of time and the coffee is great too!
