was asked to arrive at the station at noon , took almost two hours to be seen. Miscommunication from the incompetent receptionist. Receptionist blamed me in an accusational manner despite the huge delay being due to her laziness to be bothered to ask the proper questions, such as reference no. Told me to wait for almost 2 hours instead. Also had an attitude and was rude once she realised her own error, side note- just because you do not like your job do not take it out on others, there was too much second hand embarrassment for the poor old lady. Received an apology via phone and was given a so called appointment at 9am 2 days later. Once again was not seen until almost an hour later, despite being the only member of public in the station for the most part and plenty of officers present. After all this nonsense my issue was dismissed and they did not follow the procedure i was told they would follow. Waited hours on more than one occasion just for a 4minute senseless conversation. Wasted my time and proposed time allocations for non existent appointments. Disappointing to say the least especially when a bunch of officers are present playing footsie at the back office and flirting with one another like children. Date - Began 15/01/21
came in to fill out a report for lost phone as i need a reference for a insurance company. spent about 30mins sitting around while multiple officers chatted behind the counter. My lunch break finished and i had to leave without getting it done
Went into the police station this morning to seek information on a Burgery which happened to me 2 weeks ago. After 2 attempts to contact my assigned officer over the phone to no avail I, in my distressed state, went in person to the station to gain some help regarding my case. The gentleman at the desk was rude and obnoxious and was more interested in chatting up the WPC in the office with him, than helping me with my enquiries!! Very saddened and disturbed at my experience and would advise that the gentlemen in question needs to be advised in customer service skills and victim support knowledge!! I felt like an unimportant human being and left more distressed and frustrated than When I went in. Still waiting for a call back about my case...
My wife, my son and family solicitor went to Dagenham East police station on Sunday 24/09/2017. Up till now there has been any report on the system of our visit. Left is not communicating with right. Officers precious time are been wasted . It took three officers to re visit again only to find out that our visit has not been documented It's sad and I feel sorry for the officers as they were not impressed with service that their colleagues are providing to the community
Police came to my home 12 September 2018 and I followed ambulance no hospital as they suspected acute coronary syndrome. WPC said she had made urgent Merllin Social Services referral and they would phone within 24 hours. 8 days later back living in Conservatory and referral did not have my phone number. Officers at Dagenham East Station would not resend it and I had to phone 101 to get a Sgt to assist me.
I visited the above police station to report that an elderly lady had been bullied into parting with £60 for knives being sold on the street door-to-door. I had seen these people on Sterling Industrial Estate. The reply I got was, 'yes we know they are operating in the area, so if you see them again, ring 999 or 101. That's not to say a police officer will be there straightaway'. How many more people have been bullied into parting with money this way. There was not even an offer to go and see this lovely lady. Pretty disgusted.
After watching footage of an audit, all o have to say is, the officers in that police station, are a disgrace for the force. Unbelievable behavior. Shame on you...
Horrible horrible experience. I went there to complain about someone and the lady in the reception was very rude and was kinda blaming Me. She did not even ask for any relevant question. It was just a waste of time.
Today I came around 16.00 -17.00 they do not care about problem..when they read the report about crime I said we are in worries it may happen for us as well ..they told if something happens just call 999 ..I feel there is not uk government because I am from different country and nothing for them human life..when I die I think they will report after that ...
Chadwell heath romford essex is not a nice place now the police have let this area go down hill with begers outside side Tesco drunks walking around shouting its very bad now you dont see the police no more
