To say I have been struggling with using our WordPress Website is an understatement - I think I was about ready to not only throw my computer out of the window but give up on our website altogether. Then, out of the blue I got a newsletter from Dylan saying he was now taking over from another local web designer - having nothing to lose and everything to gain I rang Dylan. What can I say - Dylan took time out of his schedule to take the time to talk to me on that very same day - he asked questions about what I needed to learn, what I wanted our website to do and he even asked about our budget so he could adapt his services to not only our needs but to what we were able to spend. Today, I had my very first WordPress lesson and I am already adding events to our website - Dylan has simplified my workflow, adapted some technical stuff (code I think ;) ) so it will fit in with our companies requirements. Dylan is patient, explains things in easy to understand language, and in short I think he is magic - because I am already feeling the benefits of just one session with him and I know it will get even easier. Having worked with designers for over 20 years, I can safely say that D13 delivers on a critical (and rare) ingredient - good and sound thinking, before design. Our site paid for itself in less than a week! Thank you Dylan
