We entrusted our beloved mother to Sarah and the team at D Walsh in Bradford. Sarah and Colin were fantastic throughout the process keeping us informed throughout. It seemed natural for them to go the extra mile to help.On the day of the funeral the team were amazing and very professional to the end. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful day go without a hitch .
In the sadness of a very close bereavement, the service provided by D Walsh and Son was excellent. Sarah was very professional, and sympathetic to our family. The funeral was well organised and everything was in place as agreed. This is all one wants at this time. This is the second time I have had a family bereavement in the last 30 months, and I returned to D Walsh because they had been so good with the first funeral. Thank you to Sarah and her team.
These guys were fantastic handling my mothers funeral, compassionate, caring and nothing too much trouble. They made it all very easy for us during a very difficult time. Sarah was wonderful. Highly recommend.
10/10 for services offered from D Walsh & Son Extremely helpful in every aspect of arrangements from start to finish , options offered and a full explanation of services explained to high standard ! Big shout out to the gent who assisted us with all our needs Colin ….. he made sure all our needs were met and reassured us that the plans made would go ahead without delays , goes above and beyond makes himself available for any worries or concerns that may arise and couldn’t be more helpful .. we was kept updated with all the arrangements and I was never not in the know, emails phone calls on what was happening daily! so I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Colin for helping us through and being so professional with his role Highly recommended …..
D Walsh buried my father in 1969 and Mr Walsh was so helpful to my Polish mother that she never forgot him, which is why in 1994 when my mother died then I went back to her favourite funeral director. Thank you on behalf of our family for helping us out over the years.
Can’t thank Sarah from D Walsh & sons for taking care of us @ such a difficult time , she went over & beyond our expectations. A very bad time turned out a memorable day , so much respect & care from Sarah & the drivers .As a family we have used D Walsh before & will use them again .
Katie and her team Arthur B Baxter: Bingley were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Katie was professional, compassionate and patient at all times - offering numerous suggestions which ensured my late mother was laid to rest with dignity, affection and the most memorable of services. The day of the funeral, despite the sadness of the occasion, went flawlessly. This was never in doubt because within two minutes of meeting Katie, it was clear she was someone who knew what she was doing. Thank you Katie and your fantastic team - your great work and invaluable advice are greatly appreciated - not just by me but also my entire family.
D. Walsh & Son Made the whole process of arranging the funeral for my dear friend Eric very easy. Sarah was so kind and caring, she attended to everything in detail. On the day of the funeral everything was as it should have been, can't praise her highly enough.
Absolutely fantastic service. Made things so much more calming and easy. Answering any questions and been so respectful with my loved one. Sarah was the lady who helped me with my loved one and she genuinely a lovely caring lady.
My brother Peter passed away suddenly at home at the age of 86. A call to David Walsh met with immediate response, and from then to the funeral service, he was shown great respect and our plans for the service were carried out really well as we wanted not a sombre one, but injected with humour. The choice of Celebrant fitted wonderfully well and all who attended felt that Peter had the best of send offs.
