Put my car into the shop on Saturday and was expected to be ready on Tuesday. It was delayed until Wednesday and I was told on Tuesday and Wednesday my car would be ready on the Wed. I got a lift all the way to Inverkeithing from Dundee and it was nowhere near ready! I am getting £120 off a well over £1000 bill so that helped, but they really should have better organisation so I didn't have to waste my time today. Staff were helpful though

One of the few garages open over festive period for emergency car fix. Friendly, courteous, professional and fair. Phoned with timeous update. Sterling service all round!

They did a wheel alignment on my car with damaged steering tips, they charged me £72 and the car stayed exactly the same, I asked for a quote to change my timing belt and the amount they gave me was £700 when this service costs between £ 250 and £350 in another workshop, so I don't recommend it, exaggerated prices and work not completed or completed incorrectly!!nBad work and Big Prices!!!!

Polite and efficient service. With no hidden exaggerated costs this garage saved me a considerable amount of money when a dealer garage had told me that at 50 thousand miles my car need a belt changed costing 3 grand and this garage corrected them by stating that the car doesn't even have a belt it has a chain and there is no such stipulation. Will be back again.

Had a great experience in August with my MOT/Service, and a new set of tyres.nCommunication was great, no pressure to get anything done, I had to insist slightly that I wanted my tires done as they still had a few miles on them.nPrices are competitive, and I'm happy to support a local business.nI would absolutely come back, but I learned there is a different branch closer to my house that is more convenient. I'm definitely happy to stick with D&G for the foreseeable.
