Stayed here for a week and it's lovely and peaceful very clean owners very welcoming and polite,helpful even took the time to show my children there horse lots of space for children to play grass always cut and kept tidy lovely sounds from the local wildlife (owls cows etc) would definitely return here shops and local pub 10minutes away

We love this place as it's so peaceful after spending a week in Cornwall. Even if the site is full and there may be several families with children, there's room for them to play without being in anyone's way, but the parents know they are safe as they are always in view. This is our third year at Cypress Farm and it's a great location to use as a base for walks in the Mendip hills, Cheddar Gorge, Weston Super Mare or visiting some of the beautiful beaches. There is a range of supermarkets & other stores within easy reach, and also a few cider farms! Debbie & Richard are very knowledgeable about the local area & further afield too if you need any help. As mentioned in other reviews the amenities at Cypress Farm are basic, but they have everything including toilets, showers & waste disposal. What else do you need from a site that's in a great location (very handy for the motorway), with lovely surroundings and a very competitive price. If you want all singing, all dancing, then look elsewhere, but if you want friendly, convenient, clean, relaxing, tranquil and great value, then look no further. We'll be back again & hope that nothing's changed. Keep up the great work guys!

There ain't nuffin' but a field, nuffin' else at all. Well that's not strictly true there is a rather rustic washroom. All pitches do have hook up though & even though it does say keep dogs on a lead they're quite lax about it. We stayed one night whilst testin' out our new motorhome & woke to the sound of passenger planes overhead as it is on the main flightpath into Lulsgate. Also bring everything you need as there isn't a shop & the nearest pub, the Ebdon Arms is a mile away. The access in a 7.5 mtr. Motorhome is challenging as the road isn't even listed as a B.

Excellent place to camp ! Separate ladies & gent's showers/toilets, nice big open space , lots of wildlife and nothing but peace and quiet set within a picturesque rural village. The owners make you feel really welcome too.highly recommended indeed .

Nice big pitches, grass cut regularly,Large rubbish bins ,nice clean showers and toilets.
