Everytime I phone you are put on hold I have gone up and down in the queue on the same call. Today I was number 1 in the queue for 13 minutes and the total all together trying to get through was 24 minutes. When answered the receptionist sounded as if she didn't want to be there. Sort this out ASAP please. The merge is not working for me
