Location great , most of staff are great but , currently they are powerless to evict people who are violent and coarse stress to the vast number of people who are here to get better , All cygnet care about is the £££'s they make in taking in any and every body , i myself have committed no crime , drove up to the hospital , because i needed help only to be turned away because they wasn't ready to take me in , who in there right mine would want to admit themselves to a nut house , i'll answer to get better , that doesn't set well with the NHS platform , so even the royals carn't do anything about it ................ . who ever is in charge of cygnet better get off there there very rich behinds and get here before the police arrive , before i tarnish my fantastic clean record of zero violence , meanwhile the staff are smiling and laughing when they should be removing TOM or myself anywhere but here , i have been promised by all high end staff that it would be sorted in-front of the police , and still he pre-vokes the system and more important ME .

Lack of care, empathy & basic manners from most (98%) of medical & support staff. Cleaning crew were lovely, polite & respectful.

Nasty place! I was taken there on haven ward as a nhs patient the consultant Dr nehole was rude as well as some staff members I went there due to over dosing on my insulin they take a photo of you I had 1 nurse with my file out saying him in the tracky top I'm going to have him another nurse who was pregnant saying to other staff she wouldn't be reviving me if I over dosed and a support worker I over heard him saying to he's colleagues we will get him out on a stretcher they are nice to private patients like a ward round 3 times a week if you are nhs once a week they was trying to ring up patients local hospital to get them sent back I'll old women in their dressing gowns that where I'll the staff didn't like it I over heard staff members saying they was too accute and a senior charge nurse saying to a support worker there was too many f!@&ing foreigners there nasty nasty place however there was a very nice Irish nurse there called izzy who allways put a smile on my face with her banter .

Outstanding staff and facilities, my care has been second to none... Highly recommend this wonderful hospital. Thanks for all you have done for me
