Fantastic, just awesome!! New bike, delivered to my door, then a suspension set up for me. Could not be happier, some of the best service, in fact THE BEST! service I’ve ever had from a bike shop! Service 2nd to none! Lovely team of people too!! My new go to!! Well done guys, one impressed customer!! 10/10* shop local/independent and help support these guys! Off to ride my new bike
Bought a few bikes from here, starting when I was 13. Always had great personal service and the staff have been amazing over the years, always willing to offer advice and help out. Really can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a bike I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Helpful staff, great location and loads of choice. Would recommend a visit, they have many bikes. A wide selection of brands and sizes. They also have lots of option for parts and equipment. The staff are friendly and know lots of information about anything in the shop!
Must say thanks to the guys at Ride Sunderland. Took my bike in with lots of little faults it hasn't been serviced or looked after well but these guys fixed it and it rides like new again. Good price too for all the work they did. I will keep it serviced by them from now on.
Went there for repairing my bike , whoever attending was very rude other than helping he was trying to become over smart
Took my MTB in for a minor repair + service. Bike Tech twisted and moaned about it, said it couldn't be done, then it could be done, but then took ~three months to do it. Tried to upsell me a new bike because I apparently "really should be spending over £2k for a full sus" and then over charged me for the eventual repair - in his words - "for his Genius" which was essentially a service + nipping a few joints together. Took the bike home, didn't use it for a while, then found the jockey wheel - the easiest and cheapest fix - was shredded and the gears ruined. I'm not even that arsed about the money even if it was a +£250 repair bill. It was the time, attitude, sales pitch, and the piss poor job that raked me off. I am - now - going to spend £2k on a new bike. But not there. Such a shame because the other lads - upstairs - are spot on. Rocker is a local legend.
Fantastic service from Cycleworld Sunderland. Friendly staff and great prices. Highly recommended.
Always my number one place to go regarding My bikes for service or renewal, Paul is mega clued up and always gives the right advice or feedback needed . Best around
The guys at ride Sunderland - cycle world are really friendly, helpful and will do everything they can to sort what you need. No problem or query is too much.
Minor disaster whilst prepping my bike for a ride tomorrow, front brake cable shot! Popped into Halfords as it’s the nearest bike repair place to me, but they couldn’t look at it till next Saturday l, resigned to the bike being off the road for a while I decided I would rather do that with Cycle World, popped in and unexpectedly despite being very busy replaced my brake cable there & then, in and out within 5 minutes, now that’s customer service at is best, no idea what possessed me to go to Halfords first!! Just the 50-60 miles ahead of me now!
