I bought my F650 a couple of months ago after asking a few Q’s from James. The bike was exactly as described and is a nice little bike. Delivery came via a transport company, right on time and a decent bloke to boot. I would gladly buy another it’s likely that I will buy a GS 1200 from James bike from these people, honest & genuine dealership….not something you see too much if these days !
First rate to deal with. Over the moon with the bike. Excellent service all the way through. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a bike to get in contact with these guys Thanks again
Well what can I say, just picked this little beauty up from James this morning. Saw it on Auto trader. picture's and vidio looked good, couple of messages over last weekend and I paid my deposit. Absolute gem of a bike, so pleased. Very honest description. Great communications at all times. Will definitely recommend JPM Motorcycles
After browsing their varied and clean looking bikes a few times over a couple of months, I eventually set my heart on an immaculate looking Ducati. James and his staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and every question I had regarding my potential purchase was answered enthusiastically and to my satisfaction. All that along with their no messing straight up service will see me return in the future, and I have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family.
Great service, took my bike in for an MOT on short notice, fixed the issues and hi lighted some things that need sorting in the future, more than happy with the service! Would definitely recommend
Bought a Triumph Tiger 995i from this dealer around 2 months ago, upon collecting the bike I asked where the topbox was as there was one on the advert picture. I was told to call back at the shop in the next few days and they would give me one. I did and recived a new topbox that they fitted for me for free. Late last week during a cold days ride I put the heated grips on yes im getting old and soft and found them not to be working, again I was asked to drop the bike into the shop and leave it. Was told that if they didnt work then they would fit some new ones, the problem was the last owner had just disconnected them as they can run the battery down if you forget to turn them off. I would recomend this shop to anybody looking for a new bike or just general maintanance/mot type stuff. Definate 5 * shop.
An exemplary service from start to finish. Could not fault how I have been treated. The care and attention shown is seldom seen or felt. Thanks to Rebecca and James! A proper family business with true family values.
I’ve bought two bikes now from James and have had no problems.Both were super-clean and ran smoothly. He was also very helpful when my first bike was stolen and recovered. As an older woman relatively new to bikes I’ve found him straightforward, not at all patronising and he’s been understanding of the fact I’m inexperienced without making a big deal of it. I recommend him to anyone who’s after a used bike.
Part exchanged my bike to a Yamaha MT10 From James at the beginning of April 2022 got a very fair trade price and the transaction couldn't have been better, Motorcycles are presented very well and exactly as described , JPMotorcycles went above and beyond as I had to transfer my private reg and they took care of everything total peace of mind, I will certainly purchase off James again
I bought a lovely Honda VFR from JP Motorcycles and the service from start to finish was first class. Firstly the bike was immaculate and in great condition compared to others on the market and very well priced. Great comms from Rebecca and a very easy transaction especially when buying remotely. Their bike courier was great too, overall a great service and def recommend using these guys. Thanks again Rebecca and team!
