I recommend this bike shop. They are so accommodating, fair and honest. Unlike most other bike retail outlets who are controlled by targets and the hard sell, Russell’s Cycles are not like that at all. They really do genuinely care for their customers’ interests.
Very friendly and professional service. Had a little trouble re fitting a tyre, they managed to sort it for me. Would highly recommend this shop and staff. Thank you guys n girls
Sue and the team Brett have yet again gone above and beyond. I took a MTB Genesis 853 reynolds frame into them to build. They have built a great bike for me with their professional expertise, from start to finish. I have completed confidence in their ability and knowledge, I have taken it in today for some fine adjustments, which was done without fuss while I waited. This is the second bike they have built for me, the first one a Genesis road bike 5 years ago, which to this day is still brilliant !! Many thanks again .....
Took a bike here I got of ebay for my son when it came it wasn't as described basically had to take it here to be put right they went through the bike with a fine tooth combe they are truly honest and the price was great excellent customer service and care would highly recommend will be taking my bikes there from now on
Went here on the recommendation of a friend who as used Russell’s cycles for years Sue & brett soon sorted my bike on the spot while I waited saved me doing a double journey I would recommend this business to anybody who wants a good service and very fair prices Thank you both so much
BEST PLACE IN WALSALL TO TAKE YOUR BIKE Sue and Brett are a fabulous team, wonderful quality work every time. Fantastic knowledge with any sort of bike repair, they order parts in as required, quick repairs and extremely reasonable. Don’t bother with anywhere else, take your bike to Nutty Russels!

I definitely recommend coming here Took my sons bike there to get it ready for him for university sue and her team have done a brilliant job on it and at a good price when doing the work she found it didn’t need all of a part and only did what needed doing so I know she don’t rip anyone off sue is so friendly and could talk to her for hours even though I only met her 2 days ago. I will definitely be going back there again she is so helpful and such a nice person thank you for everything x

Would highly recommend Russell Cycles in Walsall. After a shocking experience at Halfords I went to Russell cycles where I took both my wife and my bike for a full service. The personal service and experience is refreshing. We collected the bikes fully serviced and they looked as good as when we first had them. Sue was super friendly and had a wealth of experience. Fantastic!!!!
