Alan and Dave were amazing!! Made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door. Helped me understand what I needed and was very thorough. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Amazing bicycle shop and amazing work force. If you need a bicycle for any need, go to this place for sure.

Just popped in this morning as a problem with something in derailleur following a fall. Repaired bent rear hanger on the spot. Thank you, brilliant service. I Use them regularly. Please use your local bike shop, they have a huge stock and knowledgeable staff.
Took my bike to Thame cycle and they were very professional kind and spoke to mechanic he made me aware that the problem I was having was with my derailleur he advise I have new one and since then great gears Thankyou 5 stars Alan and Dave

Honestly, I cannot express how amazing Thame Cycles have been helping me with a bike for my nephew. They have been so helpful and gone above and beyond...I would not hesitate to recommend.
Allan at Thame Cycles helped me with a hunt for my cycle. He was very patient and worked hard to accommodate and get the bike to meet my needs. A super big plus, that seems to be missing from some chain shops like Halfords, was that I was allowed to test ride the bicycle. I can recommend Thame Cycle for going that extra mile.
I had some last minute issues with my pedals before flying. The guys stepped in immediately and sorted it all, plus helped me with packing the flight box. Amazing service and super helpful. Couldn’t recommend them enough, I will certainly be back. Alex
