We went to Cycle Revival with a view to checking out electric bicycles and certainly came to the right place. We were welcomed by Matt and his Dad and shown several types of electric bikes, finally settling on a GIANT bike to try out. Matt lowered the saddle to the correct height and gave me instruction then sent me down the hill to try it - I was amazed how easily it swung me back up the hill again. Matt gave it a good check over and we collected it a couple of days later. WOW. David was using his conventional bike and I smugly sailed up the hills past him. We have since returned and David is also now the proud owner of a GIANT e-BIke. We`re enjoying some magic rides together now. I must say that we have received first class service From Cycle Revival and can`t thank Matt enough. He`s friendly, courteous, knows his bikes inside out and the after sales service is great, nothing is too much trouble. If you are thinking of buying an electric bike, we both highly recommend CYCLE REVIVAL at Heathfield.

Avenue Vert - London to Paris - best cycle repairer on the whole route. Two generations of the family are on hand to help and with decades of experience. They really know how to repair and set bikes up properly and even have a lot of parts for older classic cycles in stock. I set off from London badly repaired on a poorly maintained bike after a busy week at work and made a fantastic pit stop here - do book they get busy but will always do their best in an emergency. They helped me when they were flat out already - and did it brilliantly so I made my Newhaven ferry on time They sorted me out with the right grade tyres for my heavy load, spotted my worn axle and bearings and fixed all that too. I sat on the sunny steps outside with a coffee from the cafe next door while they sorted my bike to perfection. What a difference! I glided to Paris. Leaving this review many months after the event as I clear of the special things I meant to say a big thank you for before the year is out. Thank you Cycle Revival. My trip was great. Joe

My girlfriend's Brompton had an issue with sticking gears. Matt was able to sort the problem quickly despite having had to deal with a large delivery which arrived just before me. I have used Cycle Revival several times over the last 10 years or so and have always received excellent service and good value for money. Highly recommended.

I have two Jane Pram / Pushchairs that both had dodgy wheels and one had a broken brake. I took them into Cycle Revival and they were both fixed effortlessly and for the first time since owning the prams; there's no wobbly wheel!!! Service was excellent - took the first one in (with wheel and brake issue) and it was fixed within a week and the second one was fixed while I waited. Was well worth the journey because not only are they fixed but the customer service was unbeatable. Would recommend the pram fix service to anyone!! Has given new lease of life to my prams!!

Absolutely superb service, obviously very knowledgable and passionate people and will help you find what you need rather than the most expensive thing going.
