Great service - friendly and professional. The showroom guys took time to show me plenty of different bikes to suit my needs and budget, arranged multiple test rides and then helped source all the additional components I wanted. And they didn’t try and sell me the most expensive option. The workshop team then handled a series of minor tweaks and adjustments to resolve some technical issues, always at times to suit me. I’ll definitely go back to them when I next buy a bike.

Best Customer Service I have received in a long time...! I have been dealing with Lewis, and cannot praise enough his application, diligence, follow up and customer focus demeanour. If you were to attended a course on how to deal with issues and service delivery to the general public a case study would be based on how Lewis undertakes his day-to-day work. Many thanks again - will be returning and recommending without hesitation. I sincerely hope the Cycle Republic Management read this review and afore Lewis special commendation.

Amazing Service. Very friendly and attentive staff who spend a lot of time talking honestly about the different bikes. Prices very fair (struggled to find my bike cheaper online). And decent selection.

Popped in earlier today on my lunch break and was served by John, who was extremely helpful in sorting my tyre out. John took the time and patience to explain the reason for the issue and how he was going to resolve it. As a result of my positive experience, I have booked my bike in for further maintenance next month. Great, honest customer service and I shall be recommending Cycle Republic to friends and colleagues.

I went in on Saturday and Ed was so helpful. Brilliant customer service and I'll be recommending it and coming back here for future requirements. I had an unexpected flat tire where the actual tire was cut not just the inner tube and Ed fixed it really quickly and had a wonderful manner.
